Build value by recommending right-fit upgrades (IAQ, system replacements, airflow fixes, controls). Educate homeowners in plain language so they can make smart decisions today. Document clearly in the field app; follow safety and code requirements. Protect the brand: tidy work areas, professional appearance, and five-star service on every call. What Success Looks Like Accurate same-day diagnostics and first-visit resolutions whenever possible. Strong conversion on Comfort Club opportunities and recommended upgrades. Low callbacks, high five-star reviews, and clean paperwork. Dependable punctuality, great communication with dispatch, and a team-first mindset. What You Bring 2 years as an HVAC Service Tech (residential preferred). Strong troubleshooting chops across split systems & heat pumps; IAQ familiarity a plus. Confident, customer-friendly communicator who educates—never pressures. Valid driver’s license with clean record; EPA 608 preferred.
