Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Life Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! We are looking for hard working individuals that are highly motivated to join our team at our call center in Vero Beach. SLS offers a commission-based job with a $100,000 INCOME GUARANTEE that has tons of opportunities to move up quickly. We offer multiple bonuses, weekly, monthly, semiannually, and annually such as wheel spins, incentives, and international vacations.Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Dial outbound and inbound leads to maximize sales revenue and income. (Average of 150-200 per day)
• Work with a team and coach to learn and train daily to improve techniques and knowledge of products and process. (8am-9am)
• Willing to learn and train to improveQualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • No felonies
  • Work Monday - Friday and sometimes on weekends
  • flexible schedule once you are a self-producing agent.Details:
