Our client is a top telecommunications manufacturer that services several key industry verticals. They are hiring a VP of Sales to take ownership of a growth-focused sales strategy for cell tower manufacturing.
The VP of Sales will develop and refine the current sales strategy within the region. They will bring a fresh vision and toolset to the sales force operating within this territory. This individual will use their expertise to take advantage of growth opportunities and increase market share globally.

    • Build and implement long- and short-term sales and go-to-market strategies for company solutions.
    • Conduct aggressive prospecting in high-growth markets. Identify new prospects whose business needs align with product offerings, and develop compelling use cases. Understand customer expectations and negotiate contracts effectively.
    • Develop, negotiate, and close high-level deals, taking ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle.
    • Govern strategy and sales production in the telecom sector.
    • Manage and cultivate high-level account relationships.
    • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quota objectives.
    • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts for leadership team.
    • Manage direct reports and oversee direct, channel, and partner sales.
    • Bring a fresh outlook and new tools to transform and optimize existing processes and methods across business units.
      Skill Set
      • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
      • Background successfully building and leading a sales organization through growth and change.
      • Bachelors degree or higher in related field.
      • Deep knowledge of major industry players, carriers, regional and global market trends within the cellular communications industry.
      • Extensive high-level sales experience and ownership over large-scale initiatives and accounts.
      • Proven ability to carry $MM quotas through consultative selling.
      • Proficient with common CRM and sales software, Salesforce preferred.
      • Extremely motivated mindset and drive for success.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable delivering presentations to C-level executives and high-profile Jobble
