You will be home every 30 days for up to 15 days (you choose how long). Company Truck Driver Pay and Job Details:* Top 33% OTR Truck Drivers on pace to earn $80k in 2020* Top Base Starting Pay = $0.63 per mile (effective 1/4/21) PLUS Extra Pay* New Truck Driver Transition Pay: Solo Drivers may earn $1075 or $900 plus 1 day of PTO on 1st check plus eligible to earn Safety Bonuses of $1075 or $900 with 1 day Paid Time Off (Vacation) after 30 and 60 days OR may earn $725 flat on their first paycheck (limited time)* Practical Miles Paid on Loaded & Empty Miles* Pay Raises of 1/2 cent per mile every 40,000 safe paid miles* $0.03 per mile Hazmat Premium Pay on all hazmat loads (hazmat not required for hire)* 100% No Touch with 85% Drop and Hook Freight - No Canada or NYC* $1075 or $900 Safety Bonus every 90 days & Paid Time Off every 90 days* $0.03 per mile Special Compensation through January 2021Equipment is 2018-2021 Freightliner Cascadia with Automatic Trans, Fridge, Microwave, TV, CB, Bedding, Inverter and more... Truck Speed set at 65 mph. Orientation is 3 days in either - Columbus OH, Charlotte NC, & Manchester PA. You will be provided a private Hotel Room with Breakfast & Lunch Provided.
