Job Description:

Pasteurizer Operator / CIP Operator for Family Owned Citrus Juice Company located in Ft Pierce Florida.Operate and tend equipment to blend juice based on specific brix, acid ratios and blend recipes. Operate computer to open valves and initiate flow of juice through Pasteurizing equipment into designated tanks. Perform periodic change over and clean up procedures initiating CIP system and performing manual cleanup as required.- Ability to perform physical work including standing and/or walking for periods in excess of 8 hours; ability to climb, bend, reach, push, pull, kneel, stoop, twist or lift up to 30 lbs.- Ability to work in a production environment which includes working in wet areas; areas with extreme temperatures (90F); exposure to moving equipment and forklift traffic; working with and around processing and/or sanitation chemicals.The successful candidate must be dependable, have an exemplary attendance record and the ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
