This position requires a detail oriented individual that understands the value of accurately recording service department repair orders. Verify repair order comments are accurate and complete Ensure the corresponding parts, labor and applicable charges are billed out on the repair order Verify any appropriate documentation is attached and completed Assist with incoming and outgoing service calls Other administrative duties as needed Strong interpersonal and communication skills is required High organizational skills and attention to detail is required Previous customer service experience is highly preferred Previous experience in computer and phone skills is required Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age Must be able to pass pre employment screens (background and drug screen)
