Job Description:

Remote - Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative interacts with customers via

telephone to assist patients with questions and inquiries.

Overview:

  • Answering inbound calls daily, scheduling patientsdoctor'svisits
  • Obtains current patient information from established and new patients
  • Assists patients with the completion of paperwork
  • IdentifyInsurance verification/eligibility
  • Data Entry

Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours a week)
  • Mon-Fri -7am-6pm
  • $12-13/hr
