Job Summary The Material Handling Operator II is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, documentation, and transportation of materials and goods. This role ensures that incoming and outgoing shipments are processed correctly, inventory is maintained, and materials are handled and moved safely and efficiently using proper equipment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with material handling systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP).\n\nResponsibilities:\nAccurate receipt, storage, documentation, and transportation of materials and goods.^Process incoming and outgoing shipments correctly.^Maintain inventory.^Handle and move materials safely and efficiently using proper equipment.^Receive and inspect incoming goods against shipping documents (e.g., material number, description, quantity).^Enter data into inventory management or ERP systems (e.g., SAP).^Store, retrieve, and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.^Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.^Assemble and review delivery documentation for completeness and accuracy.^Attach shipping documents to outgoing goods.^Perform material transports within the premises using approved transportation equipment.^Ensure compliance with workplace safety and handling standards.^Support internal customer requests related to materials and inventory.^Maintain cleanliness and order in the storage area.
