Job Description:
Position Description: CGI is seeking a dynamic individual to
work as a Business Specialist serving NASA clients at Kennedy Space
Center. Working in a collaborative office environment, the Business
Specialist will work support the Office of the Chief Financial
Officer coordinating travel using various software systems. This
position is located in Merritt Island, FL. Your future duties and
responsibilities: A Business Specialist I provides a broad array of
support services and will perform a combination of some or all of
the following duties: . Performs varied duties in the operation of
a financial Management Information System (MIS) (or similar
system/s) to produce and disseminate useful information related to
the utilization of resources. . Identifies/reviews data input
source documents for completeness and adequacy for inclusion in
various financial reports. . Monitors data usage in several key
categories and consults with activity specialists and managers to
resolve reporting problems. . Performs functional requirements
analysis and interface with functional managers to evaluate the
needs and impact of proposed financial systems enhancements toward
the accomplishment of activity goals and objectives. . Examines
financial system controls and procedures related to the processing
of fiscal, cost, property, and other financial data. . Assists in
reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating automated accounting system
requirements. Manages system operations, resolving unusual or
complex problems as they occur. . Provides information on unusual
conditions, procedural irregularities, and major problems, and
recommends corrective action. Required qualifications to be
successful in this role: . HS Diploma and 6 years or greater of
specialized experience in the field or related area of experience.
. Associates and 4 years or greater of specialized experience in
the field or related area of experience. . BA/BS and 0-2 years of
experience in the field or related area of experience. CGI is

estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination
of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set,
level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and
certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based
performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the
top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are
dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable
estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is
$38,800.00 - $77,400.00. CGI Federal's benefits are offered to
