Job Description If you have a passion for helping people, we have the career for you We are a rapidly growing company in Stuart, FL that helps people access their life-saving medications through processing pharmaceutical company patient assistance programs (PAPs). We are currently looking for team members with phone and office experience to work in an uplifting office environment. Position Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Excellent organization skills and attention to detail Excellent typing skills Ability to operate office equipment, such as fax machines, multifunction printers, label printers, etc. Experience in a call center or customer service environment Ability to multi-task Ability to document file notes while speaking on the phone Some experience in a medical office or health-related work experience preferred, but not required Position Responsibilities: Collect and maintain accurate member records Obtain all required documents for patients to participate in PAPs Accurately prepare and submit member applications to physicians and patients into qualifying programs Speak with healthcare providers and patients about their accounts Quickly and accurately read and understand notes within patient files Provide each caller with a directive at the end of each call Prepare and mail or fax documentation to patients and healthcare providers Other tasks as dictated by workload Full-Time Position: Hours of Operation are 9:30AM - 6:00PM, Monday through Friday Overtime Possible at Time and a Half Saturdays are occasional depending on workload Compensation based on experience Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Offered Traditional 401(k) Offered Friendly and fun work environment This position is perfect for someone who is: Dependable, someone who is team-oriented Adaptable to an ever-changing work environment Detailed to recognize all aspects of the process Needs a Goal-Driven bonus system that pays on every item processed above goal with substantial financial incentive Wants to make a difference in the lives of others If this sounds like the position for you and you would like to join our team, please submit your resume by email to: careersprescriptionhope.com
