SHIFT: 40 hours per week (4 - 10hour shifts) with a rotating
schedule that include every other weekend
A. Plans and conducts a variety of specifically assigned client
activities appropriate to the designated program.
B. Provides leadership for one or more groups of clients in one
phase of the total therapeutic activities program.
C. Evaluates clients' capabilities and prepares recommendations on
placement of clients in activity programs.
D. Assists in maintaining administrative and clinical records.
E. Requests supplies and equipment needed for assigned

Licensing: Current license in the State of Florida (LCSW, LMFT or
Certification: Current CPR certification
Experience: Knowledge of the principles and practices of
therapeutic activity programs;
have ability to plan, organize, direct, and participate in
activities; and have ability to prepare, set-up and maintain
related to therapeutic activities.
Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related
Other Knowledge/Abilities :
