In 2017, Lawnwood's Cath Lab performed 2,167 Caths, 580 PCI s, and 70 TAVRs.
The unit contains two suites with a third planned for EP and Structural Heart.

Top 3 Procedures: Left/Right Heart Cath, PCI, TAVR
Top 3 Patient Diagnosis: Coronary Artery Disease, Acute Coronary Syndrome, & Congestive Heart Failure
Hours worked: M-F, 7-3:30 or last case
Call: Every 3rd day, Every third weekend
Department Orientation: Tailored to candidate

Required Job Qualifications include:
- FL RN Licensure, or
- Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions)
- Current certification as a BLS/ACLS Healthcare Provider.
- Previous Cath Lab experience required
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing preferred
- Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 pounds.
