Collaborate with medical staff, including doctors and nurses, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Use clinical judgment to determine the need for new assessments, treatments, or changes in patient progress. Educate patients and families on the treatment plan and exercises needed to facilitate healing. Comply with Encompass Health's standards for quality of care and documentation.
