Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Coordinator

procedures and exceptional patient care. Coordinate patient care
within the unit, ensuring compliance with protocols and overall
clinical objectives. Supervise and mentor staff nurses, fostering a
collaborative environment to enhance skill sets and performance.
Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing healthcare
programs and policies. Manage patient records and data, ensuring
accuracy and confidentiality. Act as a liaison between patients,
nurses, and physicians to ensure effective communication and care
delivery. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities In-depth knowledge of
healthcare regulations and standards Ability to handle multiple
tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in using medical
software and patient management systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
