Job Description Hospitalist – Days Only – 7 On / 7 Off – Coastal Florida Position Highlights 7 days on / 7 days off, days only (7am–7pm) Optional extra shifts throughout the year No procedures or vent management Must be BC/BE (BE within 2 years of residency completion) Compensation & Benefits $297,707 guaranteed annual base Production & Value-Based bonuses $10K welcome bonus $10K relocation allowance Full malpractice with 5 years tail coverage $6,500 administrative stipend reimbursement Retirement savings options Comprehensive insurance package (health, dental, vision, life, disability, and more) Location Highlights Enjoy a vibrant coastal community just under an hour from Orlando, offering miles of beaches, year-round warm weather, excellent schools, and abundant recreational activities.
