This opportunity offers Top 15% national cardiac locum compensation (2026 market data) with recommended provider pay structured at: 550 cardiac cases annually 900 total cases per month 90% supervision model 24 CRNAs / 8 MD care team Rotating call (1 week on / 1 week off) Temporary privileges available Avg credentialing timeline: ~90 days OUT-OF-STATE CANDIDATES ONLY Active FL License and DEA required prior to presentation Assignment Highlights Level II Trauma Center 10 Operating Rooms Epic EMR Cardiac-specific physician required Majority case mix: Trauma, General, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Ortho, Spine, Vascular, GI Required procedures: Epidurals and Spinals Prepaid travel & lodging Malpractice insurance covered HPA Healthcare is Joint Commission–certified Skills & Experience Required Board Certified Anesthesiology Cardiac anesthesia experience Active Florida License Active DEA ACLS ATLS TB within 12 months Flu within 12 months Clean malpractice & legal history Restrictions Must be out-of-state Must provide Driver’s License at submission
