Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) – Lymphedema Care Full-Time | Part-Time | W-2 We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) with lymphedema experience or CLT certification to join a clinician-led team focused on patient-centered, high-quality care. This role offers flexibility, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to specialize in a growing and highly impactful area of physical therapy. Competitive compensation: $80,000–$120,000 annually or $61–$81/hour Flexible scheduling designed to support work-life balance Manageable caseloads (approximately 24–30 visits per week ) Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and CEU support Structured onboarding, mentorship, and paid training opportunities Specialty focus without the pressures of traditional high-volume home health Physical Therapist (PT) Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and lymphatic disorders Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy and patient education to support long-term outcomes Complete documentation accurately and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal guidelines Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications Active Physical Therapist license CLT certification preferred or demonstrated experience treating lymphedema patients Home health experience preferred Comfortable using electronic documentation platforms Additional Florida Opportunities Available: Multiple regions throughout Florida are based on patient demand. Coverage areas are assigned close to home. CLT certification preferred or demonstrated experience treating lymphedema patients.
