Job Description Comprehensive Hand and Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN Physical Therapist to join our growing healthcare team in Jupiter, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by delivering high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services. You will work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment where your expertise, innovation, and commitment to excellence are valued and supported. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate physical therapy treatment plans based on physician referrals and medical records Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address each patient's specific condition, functional limitations, and rehabilitation objectives Implement and deliver direct patient care using established clinical protocols and evidence-based treatment methodologies Provide specialized physical therapy treatments tailored to diverse patient populations and conditions Maintain detailed, timely documentation, including initial evaluations, daily clinical notes, progress reports, discharge summaries, and incident reports Communicate effectively and transparently with patients, caregivers, physicians, insurance companies, and interdisciplinary team members regarding treatment progress and outcomes Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and self-management strategies to promote long-term recovery Organize and manage patient caseloads efficiently while maintaining autonomous decision-making in clinical settings Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other healthcare software to document findings, track patient progress, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a dynamic clinical environment while maintaining organizational excellence Qualifications Graduate from an accredited college with an APTA curriculum Current state of Florida license CPR certification Outgoing and energetic personality Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic.
