Unit Information: RN Case Manager (917) Facility: HCA FLORIDA LAWNWOOD HOSPITAL Address: 1700 S 23rd Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34954 Floor: Float Building: Main Hospital Cost Center: 917 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Level II trauma hospital. 440 beds. Associated Rehab, Psych. RN/SW/CMA team for triad model. UR team offsite, but Interqual required for Initial and CSR (discharge assessments) Fast Paced High Acuity units 8 hr shifts rotate every other weekend. 8 am 4: 30 pm shift Typical Hiring Profile Must have: List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s): RN Florida/Compact 2-4 years RN CM in acute care facility Prefer HCA experience.
