Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Cardiac Sonographer - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 12/29/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: Echo Technologist - Echo Tech Job Details: • Work on 1st floor of main hospital in a 2-bed echo department • Day shift: 2-3 staff members, Night/Evening shift: 1-2 staff members • No overnight shifts required • Weekend coverage: 1-2 Saturday & Sunday shifts • Patient ratio of 1:1 • Call requirements: 3-7 nights per month • Must complete studies in less than 45 minutes per patient • Required to take call for emergency stat echo procedures • Work with GE equipment and Meditech Expanse documentation system • Perform complete 2D echo procedures • Must have RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) certification and BLS • 1-3 years experience with patients from neonate to geriatric required • Must function well independently in fast-paced, fluid environment • Dress code requires ciel blue scrubs Facility: This healthcare facility operates a specialized cardiac diagnostic department focused on providing comprehensive echo services.
