Responsible for the meeting TJC standards, complying with our policies, procedures, promoting teamwork with physicians, and all health care providers. Assists in the day-today operations of the department. Including performance improvement, staff competency, physician relations, strategic planning, patient safety, and budget.What qualifications you will Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure (subject to Florida State Licensing Requirements, including/not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions) Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing BSN is RequiredHCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital is a 380-bed acute-care hospital.
