Pediatric-Emergency Medicine opening in Fort Pierce, Florida. Envision Physician Services is searching for a Full Time Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become apart of our prestigious practice at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center in Ft. Pierce, Florida.ED Profile:

• Level II Trauma Center
• 80,000 annual patient visits
• 42-bed ED including fast track
• 3 trauma bays, including 1 pediatric
• 60 hours of physician coverage and 48 hours of APP coverage
• Above market pay rates, CME allowance, paid malpractice, plus many more benefits!Qualified candidates must be Board Certified in National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and must have at lease 12 months of current and consecutive ER experience as an APP as well as current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) AND Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). We have the only Level II Trauma Center, Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as well as the most experienced Heart Center. We are dedicated to taking care of the smallest and sickest members of our community. Our comprehensive pediatric services include: pediatric specialty physicians, primary care pediatricians, child-life and music specialists to help reduce anxiety about treatment, pediatric physical, speech and occupational therapies as well as diagnostic testing. Our child-friendly environment is dedicated to getting children back on their feet while keeping them in the community that we live. Often called the "Sunrise City," Fort Pierce is part of the Treasure Coast, a stretch of land from St. Lucie Inlet to Sebastian Inlet along Florida's Atlantic coast.
