Internship Description Build Your Future in Construction The
Kroll Konstruction Summer Internship Program gives students
hands-on experience working on active commercial construction
projects. As a Superintendent Intern, you will work alongside
superintendents, project managers, and field teams to support
job-site coordination and daily construction activities. Through
real project involvement, interns gain insight into how
construction projects move from planning through completion while
developing the practical skills needed for a career in field
leadership and construction management. We value developing talent

opportunities arise. Internship Overview The Superintendent
Internship is designed to provide hands-on exposure to job-site
management and daily construction operations. Interns will work
closely with: Field Operations Project Management Estimating
Project Coordination Through involvement in active construction
projects, interns will gain insight into how teams collaborate to
move projects from planning through construction and completion.
Requirements Responsibilities Assist superintendents with daily
job-site coordination and construction activities Participate in
job-site walks to observe construction progress and field
operations Support documentation including daily reports, safety
documentation, and field logs Assist with tracking project
milestones and construction progress Observe subcontractor
coordination and scheduling processes Review drawings and
construction documents to better understand field activities Assist
with job-site organization and coordination between field and
project teams Participate in project meetings and safety meetings
Support the field team with documentation and reporting needs
Present a summary of your internship experience at the conclusion
of the program Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in
Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a
related field Interest in construction field operations and project
delivery Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving
skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
within a team environment Willingness to learn in a fast-paced
job-site environment Familiarity with construction drawings and
basic construction practices is a plus Comfortable working both
outdoors and in active construction environments What You’ll Gain
