This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in construction estimating with a focus on crane operations. You’ll receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced professionals to learn how to prepare accurate and competitive bids for crane services. ? Responsibilities Assist in reviewing project plans and specifications. Support the preparation of crane service estimates. Learn to analyze site conditions and determine crane requirements. Help maintain cost databases and estimation tools. Participate in project meetings and client communications. Perform administrative tasks related to estimating and project planning. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or technical degree preferred) Interest in construction, engineering, or heavy equipment operations Strong math and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational skills Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
