Job Description:
Marriott International is seeking an experienced and dedicated
Maintenance Technician II to join our Facilities & Maintenance
team. With a portfolio of over 8,000 properties across 139
countries, Marriott combines a rich heritage with cutting-edge
service and premium hospitality. This role requires a skilled
professional who can ensure the maintenance and efficient operation
of physical assets, building systems, and machinery in the hotel
setting. The ideal candidate will be adept at preventive and
reactive maintenance, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail,
and commitment to the highest standards of hotel operations.
Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and
plumbing systems. Respond to service requests and prioritize job
duties. Maintain detailed records of the type and scope of work
performed. Install or repair machinery, equipment, and fixtures as
required. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth
operations. Experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to read and understand
blueprints and manuals. Competency in the use of maintenance tools
and equipment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is preferred.
