Position Overview: The Audit Manager is responsible for leading and
reviewing audit engagements, ensuring compliance with standards,
supporting staff development, managing workflow, and strengthening
client relationships while maintaining confidentiality. Key
Responsibilities: - Coordinate, organize, and schedule engagements
to ensure timely completion. - Provide timely feedback to staff to
support professional growth and learning. - Review full financial
statements and related disclosures for compliance with reporting
requirements. - Review workpapers to ensure adherence to quality
control standards. - Research accounting issues and propose
actionable solutions. - Plan, manage, and oversee engagement
completion. - Develop expertise within assigned industry niches. -
Support the monitoring of engagement quality and personnel
performance. - Maintain CPA certification and required Continuing
Professional Education credits. - Assist Partners with special
projects as assigned. - Cultivate new client contacts and
relationships beneficial to the firm. - Identify opportunities to
expand services to existing clients. Qualifications: - CPA
certification required. - Minimum of seven years of public
accounting experience. - Excellent written and verbal communication
skills. - Strong decision-making abilities and initiative. -
Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively. -
