Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for growth, with a clear path to partnership. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax compliance and advisory, particularly within the real estate sector, and will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and leading a team of tax professionals. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage all aspects of tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients, particularly in the real estate industry. - Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support in their professional development. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying their needs and delivering high-quality tax solutions. - Stay current with tax laws and regulations, ensuring the firms compliance and advising clients of changes that may impact their tax positions. - Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. - Conduct research on tax-related issues and provide strategic advice to clients regarding tax planning and optimization. Qualifications - CPA certification is required. - Bachelors degree required, Masters preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in tax management, with a focus on real estate preferred. - Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
