Job Description:

CPA Firm looking to add to the team. Candidate that would like to move into a CPA in the future this is the right place for you.


Duties



Entering data into Several softwares accurately on a daily basis


A/P and A/R requiring close and constant interaction with vendors


Reconciliation and general journal entries


Assist in preparing accurate monthly financial statements


Write checks to vendors from appropriate accounts


Organize checkbooks and accurately enter other appropriate expenses.


Assist with invoice creation and tracking


Maintain accurate records and files


Follow up on Aging Reports for Wholesale branch of the company


Reconcile Invoices and Receivables


Keep books current and reports clear and accurate
